In the coming days ,weeks ,and even months we will trying to figure out how to keep everyone from going crazy with having PE inside. Some thoughts are everyday doing something diffrent with our walk/run. Some examples would be Monday a 40 minute walk in the gym, Tuesday 45 minute walk run, Wednesday 45 minute walk with exercises mixed in(ex. pushups ,sit-ups ,jumps) Thursdays step ups using bleachers, Fridays I 'm open to suggestions.
